Facebook ****mer selling defective Indian outfits
Shobana Pooran, lives in Pietermaritzburg Durban advertised on Facebook selling good/new Indian outfits (ladies Punjabis,) Purchased 5x sets telling her they were elderly widows living in government old aged homes. I did EFT payment to her, received items the following day, scarf missing, two tops zips damaged, pants has hole. I immediately made her aware, she's responds 2 days later. Message 1) I'm lying, Message 2) Courier company damaged the goods, Message 3) Her suppliers issued her items, & she sells, Message 5) Clothes lying in her cupboard for a long time, didn't have chance to check default.

This lady advertising on Facebook, Indian outfits, as new/good. I purchased 4x outfits from her. She arranged with courier company for collection/delivery, & calling every day, leaving messages & voice notes demanding payments asap. I eventually paid couriers & her. The day I received my items, I discovered they were used, 2x blouses zips damaged, 1x scarf missing & pants torn. This lady refuses to take accountability for her *****ulent ****, nor does she want to take her items back & refund my money. I made her aware of defects on these garments, as soon as I receive the package; she indicated that I was lying to her, than she blamed courier company, than she says items were lying in her cupboard, & last story, she received items & sold as is & totally unaware of any defects on the garments. Now she playing the victim, & crying crocodile tears, she has a severe illness & struggling financially. Once she finds out I exposed her, she's going to get a new cellphone nbr.
