Stay away from this store

I purchased goods from this store in November 2015. The owner's wife assured me that the bracelets that I was purchasing were Swarovski crystals. Taking her word for it I purchased 3 bracelets. Please note that this store does not provide customers with receipts. Sales are written in a book, so there is no trace of the sales made by this store. It is unknown why sales receipts are not provided to customers. Within a day I noted that the stones from all three of the bracelets were falling off. I returned to the store in December and told the lady what happened. She looked for replacement bracelets but could not find any. She then started removing the so called Swarovski crystals from other bracelets and used super glue to insert them into my purchased bracelets. I confronted her and indicated to her that I was not happy with this and either wanted replacement bracelets or my money back. I then phoned her husband, who was the owner of the store. He was very rude and refused to give me a refund. I was forced to replace the damaged bracelets with items that I did not need and left the store very unhappy. I recommend that people should stay clear of this store.
