Lawyer that took my brother's money and agreed with the trust to make it longlife trust

This is a law firm that has helped my younger brother to claim RAF, after that because he was a minor they took the money and put it in the ABSA TRUST,when he was 18yrs they didn't release the money,until now he is 21yrs,and we find out by the trust that the trust won't release money because it was agreed with the lawyer as a longlife trust. This was done without our knowledge
