Big time vape ****

Awhile ago I ordered vape juice from these people online. As was advertised on their site. I should've seen the red flags as I wasn't able to pay from my card. Instead they had an option to transfer the money into the owners account. I've been waiting about a month for a refund. Everytime they come up with a new excuse. The last one being that the owner is on leave. Please if you see shisha vape online don't trust them. They're straight up ****ming people.
