REFUND

Good day,

I made a booking with Shiraz Estate on September 11th. At the time I thought the card details would just be on file and be deducted a month before check in. The money was then deducted the same day. When I realized this I immediately cancelled free of charge. I then called my bank and the funds were definitely deducted. after numerous inquiries I was told they couldn't refund to the card but they would need my banking details to refund via EFT. I have mailed them 17 times and probably only received X3 responses. Up until this day I have not received my refund. I find this pathetic. The lack of correspondence is just unacceptable.
