What a pleasure to deal with this Merc dealership.

I have had my vehicle serviced at another garage and the service was not good bad at all, but also nothing to get excited about. I have been dealing with Shiraz Auto for the past 6 years and not one day I felt like I am just a number or person. The welcome you get, the friendly faces, always willing to help and offer their expertise etc. I must compliment the dealership and the Dealer Principal and all managers responsible for running this business like a well-oiled machine.
