I was looking to purchase a new xbox one controller specifically one of the new fantom controllers recently released and searched for it online and it was where it found this company. I know it's my fault for not reading the full description of the product i was buying but when i looked at the photos and price i thought i knew what i was buying. When i received my invoice i realized that i did not buy the remote but only a charging station which for R2000 is a total ripoff, i then sent a email asking to cancell my order and received a email saying the request has been submitted. It has been 2 weeks and i haven't heard anything from them again there is also no number to get in contact with them. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.
