Worst service ever!!!

After looking around for availability I decided to order a birthday gift for my daughter from ShiptuOnline, their system showed it is in stock and delivery is 10 - 15 days placed and payed on the 6 May her birthday was the 26th May Nothing they don't communicate at all I did receive a mail that advised me not to send more mails as they have a backlog. Today is the 4th of June no nr to call nobody to sort it out just silence. UNACCEPTABLE
