Very good websites, but the admin needs improvement

My order didn't go through due to COVID (and maybe other factors), and I received an email which prompted me to claim my refund as a Jumocart credit, but clicking the link automatically created the credit without confirmation. Further in the ShipTU email it says don't click on the link if you want an EFT refund. It's not the most transparent email I've read, however, I did send an email about this, and I have received confirmation from Payfast that I will get my refund.

Communication is very slow, so it really makes one feel uneasy, but honestly, to do rather than talk is better I suppose.

I do hope ShipTU/Jumocart get more staff to handle the communication and processes because the site definitely has a lot of potential, and the offering is fairly unique.
