Unprofessional, Unresponsive

I placed an order in March and still have not received it. They keep using Lockdown as an excuse when they know very well restrictions are now allowing for deliveries... I've received a package sent by my brother from flippen China a whole month and a half ago. What makes it worse is that they are not answering my messages.
