ShiptuOnline.co.za will ***** your money

Do not use ShiptuOnline.co.za for online shopping. The company looks legitimate but is not. If you buy something from them, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice details but your product will not arrive within the 10-14 days they say it will. It will never arrive. There is no telephone number to contact them on. You can write to them at their info or sales email address but you will receive an automated message saying there is a backlog of tickets, please be patient, etc.

This was my experience. I bought a keyboard from them in December 2020 and wrote to them in mid-January 2021 to find about when it would arrive. After suspecting something was not right, I wrote to them to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I have had no response from them apart from automated messages.

I have realised they are ******** and have put a lot of effort into deceiving the public. This is a ******** enterprise that will ***** your money. Tell your friends about them and stay away!
