Shiptuoline is a **** Website!

i actually don't think this is a real business! i purchased a set of headphones for my son for Christmas on their website and am still waiting to receive them. No customer care phone number and when i have complained (multiple times now) through the website you get a this nicely computer generated response: "Thank you for getting in touch with us. One of our friendly Customer Success associates will get back to you with an answer in 1-3 working days. Your ticket reference number is (2789)" and nobody ever gets back to you. i would strongly recommend that nobody purchases anything on this website as in my opinion this is a **** site.
