ShipTU Terrible service or possibly ****?

I ordered a graphics tablet from ShipTU on May 22nd 2020. They took my money and acknowledged the order, and that is the last time I heard from them. I have emailed them 4 times, and get a standard reply that due to a spike of orders they will not to be able to reply quickly. I think that I have probably been ****med and have lost a lot of money. They also don't have a phone number on their website. If I don't get a reply in the next few days I will probably lay a charge with the police.
