ShipTU service sucks

Good day

Kindly assist, I ordered a laptop online with ShipTU on 23/03/2021 and they mentioned that their delivery will take 5-10days, their service is ridiculous. It's now close to a month and not heard from them until today. I paid a lot of money on that laptop, I can't carry on with my studies because im relying on it, the quicker I get my laptop or my money back the better. I have no patience anymore as they don't care and value their clients.I sent more than 5 follow up emails with no response, I'm afraid this might be a **** now.
