Shiptu is giving me a nervous breakdown

Hi I have been so messed around by shiptu that I feel insane. I purchased a laptop in July for R6000. When I tried to use it there was no space to download anything. It was windows 10 but it couldn't do updates . So I asked to return it they first said I would have to pay 30% although there is a 30 day return policy. I wished I had done this. They eventually after weeks and weeks sent me a second hand laptop which they said had better specs. It was slow but I really needed a laptop for work. I set everything up and a few weeks later it just died. I sent it back but am having no luck whatsoever in getting hold of them.
