Order not received after a month

No communication, no idea when I will get my order placed 11th May 2020. The 15-20 working days have passed, No direct contact details provided. Stop taking our monies when you know you are ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish this business can be shut down by the relevant authorities. We don't need such.
