NEVER buy from ShiptuOnline!
Customer service is totally non-existent. I have been waiting 5 weeks now for my order, and despite frequent communications to them, I receive no reply whatsoever, beyond the exact same Cut-and-Paste email each time. I believe now this is a ****, and I have lost hope in ever getting my order, or a refund!

14 Jul 2020, 13:53Edit: I received a notice of shipping last week, and the item arrived in SA over the weekend. I received an email from Amelia explaining the long delay...COVID-19...warehouse receiving goods late from suppliers, and their New York warehouse was backed up for 2 months on skeleton staff. It was delivered Express Overnight to me, at their cost, and arrived first thing on Monday 13th July. It is in perfect condition and works above my expectations. In fact they could not obtain the original item ordered, so replaced it at no additional charge to me with a newer model. Thank you ShipTU, my faith in you has been restored.
