Issues Resolved

I had a hard time with my order. At first it was understandable. Lockdown has thrown everything into chaos... But 5 months later i still had not received my order. 3 months in, having been, sporadically checking for updates about my order i stopped receiving responses. I had to send a threatening email before i received a response. On the other hand, though, after the email they sent me my refund which i received 3 days later. So though the service hasn't been satisfactory, i wouldn't call it a ****.
