HORRIFIC SERVICE BY SHIPTUONLINE - LOSING HOPES OF EVER GETTING MY REFUND

I ordered a Tablet from the company above and paid an amount of R1,306.00 on 06 May 2020. After payment I realised that the item was in fact a tablet cover which excluded the tablet and I immediately sent them an email requesting cancellation of the order and a refund.

They initially responded to say no problem I would receive a refund in 5 - 14 days. This period has long lapsed and up to date no refund has been made.

I have sent so many email inquiries with only the automated emails as a response. I am losing hopes of ever getting my money back.
