Bad service

I placed an incorrect item on their website on the 15th of July 2020. I sent them an email ASAP . NO Response we sent another one two days later and no response!!!!!!! We then drove to their offices and that is only their box address. Still no response!!! When i try to log back in it does not allow me and it says that my email address does not exist! message:
