ESTATE AGENT

in 2018 i had a very bad experience with an estate agent by the name of Ships of tarshish . I had enter to rental agreement with them on 01/10/2017 , i paid my deposit and my rentals as er agreement . On 29/09/2018 i was told i need to move out at the end of October 2018 because the owner wanted their place back. Beginning of October story changed and i was told i need to move out within 2 working days , at that time i had already paid the full rent of that month . I fought with them as i had no place to go too with my children and i was given till the 15 of October 2019, and i was promised part of rent for that month and my deposit . Till to day i have not receive my money back , i have knock to many doors including real estate ombudsman with no success. I have to accept that i will never see my money , but future i will never ever trust estate agencies in South Africa
