Incompetence

I'm so ****ed with the courier by the name of Shiprazor, my 3 packages arrived to them on the 26th, yet they don't intend to deliver, when I called, the lady that picked up was very rude and she hung up and stopped picking my calls, what kind of unprofessionalism is this? If they can't do the job, they should excuse themselves from taking our orders. Shein customer who was given speedaf and then shiprazor as the 3rd party logistics.
