Seeking assistance to get my money back.

I approached Limani containers in cape town after seeing their ad on Gumtree , they were running a special for converted shipping container for R22500 . After speaking to them about my need of a converted shipping container for an office . I received pictures of a recent office they made, with excitement and not having a lot of knowledge, I contacted back the lady and requested the one, I saw she sent me a quote of R39 000 then I requested it to have a toilet as,well . the quote came to R57.000 . I tried to negotiate for R50 000 but she suggested me to take the toilet instead , so I explained that the toilet is more important as I do not need people to come in and out of my house . Communication done by phone and emails . I requested the container to be done by end of March at least . That was on 06March when I start contacting them . I was told to pay at least 75% for the container to be started so I paid R50 000 then balance was R7 125.00 . The lady was quiet , I called to find out if money was received because I made,notification to her cell number , she said no , only their head office get notification but she will follow up , she did and called for my address and details for an invoice . On 22 March they came for site visit , the first time I saw Limani team , the father of the lady told me that they are planning to finish my container that weekend and aimed to deliver it on Monday but the transport is only available on Tuesday 27 March . While we were deciding where to put the container in my yard I had to purpose changes of sliding door to a door and two windows because of the toilet inside , they accepted the changes . On Saturday 24 I saw a missed call from the lady so I called back , she asked me to pay the balance I was shocked because I have not even seen the container , I do not know where they are in Kuisrivier or Good wood . I refused requesting to see the container , she said I must read their terms and condition , the container can not be delivered unless I pay the balance and Monday morning the transport is arranged to deliver two containers including mine , so I propose to visit their site on Sunday afternoon to see the container to satisfy myself . Okay arrangement was done , on Sunday afternoon she,did not pick up the call . I called several times to let her know we are on the way to Kuisrive , she sent a short message to say she is busy she will call in a bit , so I waited , I sent a message requesting the number of a person on their site , so she propose to meet in a meeting the following day Monday . On Monday we met in Goodwood and I find the container not complete as the previous claim and it was totally not what I expected . I was furious , I told them I am not happy , that was not what I was paying for , I could not check our communication because my phone was off and I could not see anything in her laptop , she said I can go anywhere I will never find what I want anywhere they are the cheapest service provider , I promised them I will check other places if I do not find a container with everything I want in it , with R50 000 or R57 125 .00 I will come back to them . Her father requested not to share their quote , but he,knows what they provide me , is the best for my money , he is 24 years in the business . I left and made all the search and,share with them far cheaper , the next thing I was told the container is done and I must pay the balance to be delivered . I refused and canceled the service with them , I even requested their terms and conditions to cancel as I did not find anything in their website . I am now having letter of demand,with them . I need your help please
