Bad Service from the word GO

BEWARE of using a middleman! Used them to ship an expensive gaming computer and it was damaged badly. From the get go there was no support from them, and they have washed there hands of any liability. Just to add, the computer was packaged well (Bubble Wrapped). It was also known it was a heavy computer. This Computer was obviously manhandled as it was badly dented and the insides broken. No amount of packaging could have saved the computer! The package took from 17th June (when we requested collection) to 29th June (Actual Collection) to be collected. Shiperoo never followed up with me, I had to keep contacting them to find out if it was collected. That was not the end of it, we only got the computer on 26th July!!! Once again, no support or backup from Shiperoo, they did no follow ups with me, there is no aftersales with them. I was never in the loop as to where my package was, because they didn't know. Not once did they reach out and say Sorry about the delay, we will sort it out. It was all me contacting them and asking what was going on, I complained numerous times but it never phased them. Never Again will I use them and I do not recommend them at all!
