Bad Swaering

Call him to clean carpets. He insist has no money to buy chemicals. I have paid him out of my pocket. I was away from the office and my Boss paid again. He then promise to pay me back. Till today nothing now he swears at my husband and call him names that is not nice. He also did not go back as promised to clean one of my colleges carpets after 4 weeks.
