Shinga Pet-No Order yet and No Response
Ordered from this online store more than a week ago (and not a small amount). There is no contact number and I've emailed with no response. I've even enquired with the payment gateway service provider if they know whether the store is still trading or not (no response either). I'll continue emailing Shinga Pet...but I wouldn't advise using this store at all!!

22 Jun 2021, 11:45Finally received my order - all items were delivered. I do find that there was a complete lack of communication, so if this is improved, the overall customer experience will be so much better. I really like some of the products, but sadly, this store is not first on my list of stores.
