Help me unsubscibe from these ****mer

I am not sure what services do they provide i had a debit of USD 32.17 on my capitec bank account from this company of which I do not know I never purchased anything or sigb any subscription with them.I visited the bank to ask them to stop them to not debit on my account as I am unemployed single mother I can't afford to loose the little money that I get to ****mers they said I should un subscribe of wich I did go their website and done that I was told I'm gonna receive an email as a proof they did cancel my membership I did not receive any email im worried they gonna debit again and there's nothing I can do please I need help to stop this ****mer.
