I WILL NOT PAY FOR SERVICE NOT RENDERED!!!!!

Late arrivals or no arrival for driving lessons! no vehicle on date to pass out! 15th Sep instructor didn't pitch for early lesson, vehicle came late for booking and booking was declined with Traffic Depo. Had to pay again for re booking at Traffic Depo. I was told I will get a free lesson and free usage of vehicle on my next booking. Today on my expiration date of learners I am told that I CANNOT USE their vehicle unless I pay for the vehicle usage on TUESDAY!! usage of vehicle is free for today but only if cost is recovered for Tuesday!?!? How does one pay for service not rendered!?????? Now I need to pay for my learners AGAIN! Bookings AGAIN and I will NOT USE THIS Driving School again nor recommend them to anyone! it is wrong to take peoples money for service NOT rendered and accumulate high stress levels at times when someone should be focused on ACHIEVING SOMETHING!! FYI!!!IT IS BAD SERVICE TO BE making/receiving phone calls or chatting when you should be giving your FULL ATTENTION to the CUSTOMER/LEARNER!!! you get paid to teach and give your attention during that time!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!SHINE YOUR WAY OFF THE DRIVING INSTRUCTORS LIST!!!
