Get Laughed at & felt like a complete idiot!!!

Had figured what the hell do I have to loose. So app**** to STW and had sent through my documents & paid the initial R600 admin fee.<br> A week & a half later get a response that there was positions avail & a further R2900 would be needed. I had sent an email asking what the amount was for. I had not gotten a response, over a week later I decided to call them. Had spoken to the manager, Jerry. Who when I asked what it was for, I had gotten laughed at & had got given a whole lot of other procedures. <br> They had initially sent me somone elses offer of employment with confidential details, for him this was a mistake that commonly happens.<br> On this last Monday after calling to cancel my application, as disgusted with service the last Friday. I had gotten an email, with an apology saying needed to be sharp to get his point across. But nothing about how he just laughed throughout the conversation & that he spoke to a person that he was talking down too and easily made a person like an idiot. Just 'to get his point across & be to the point'.<br> So disappointed by the **** service by a manager!!!
