Took my money with no delivery of product

<p>25 February 2016, i paid Shine Events (CW Borratt) a sum of R3 000.00 to hire an Easter Bunny for the weekend of Easter. On the day the event started i recieved a text from William Borratt stating there had been a incident and that he could not provide the Easter Bunny for our event. A 1000 excuses there after of what happened and that our money would be refunded. ENDLESS emails and phone calls and to date - 01 March 2017 we have only recieved R1 800.00 refunded and Shine Events along with William Borratt has disappeared. PROMISES after PROMISES to pay the money back. He even got cheeky and rude. I would Highly recommend YOU DON'T USE SHINE EVENTS and WILLIAM BORRATT!</p>
