Worst service ever at this restaurant

We got at Shimmy beach club around 3, ordered Pizza as a starter with our drinks. We got our Pizza an hour later after placing the order 2 times. We then ordered the main course or meal, which we received after speaking to the manager Bradley Nel who brushed us off with a disengaged apology when we raised the issue with him. When he got to us with the food, he placed the food on the table and just left.

He attitude is bad and he has no sense of costumer services at all. He did not even take a minute to listen and address our complaints or problem.
