Refusal of entry

Unfortunately on my first day at the place i was asked to leave the place without any reason...we got there and showed our tickets and got the stamps as we were going for the Black Coffee show. As we walked in, still looking around for a table to sit, a securuty guard approached us and asked us to leave the place and did not tell us why we were escorted out ( and this is 10mins inside)....it was my first time there and really dissapointed because i did not expect such treatment. I understand he may have assumed i was someone he knows or something but i feel like they should have asked and confirmed before taking any action. Even after he escorted us out he refused to tell us the reason or any explanations. We asked to speak to the manager or any superior and we were refused that too. All we got was a refund of all our tickets which we did not understand why. I mean you wake and and plan, looking forward to the night. I am really sad beacause i could not be allowed into the place for no reason at all. I was really looking forward to the show and visiting the place for the first time but i doubt would wanna go back there again. Really felt discriminated. But non the less, it seemed like a good place..
