Kicked out of Shimmy by staff member and security

Freedom of the city with Black coffee ended up not having freedom at all as myself and four of my friends were escorted by five security guards out of the venue ‘Shimmy beach Club’. It had all started well, we got to Shimmy around 5pm yesterday redeemed our computickets. We went in and as we were trying to figure out where to sit we spotted a lady that is said to be one of the restaurant mangers talking to a security pointing at us. Then a few minutes later we were told to leave the venue. There were no explanations or whatsoever to why we were told to leave. We were then forced to get a refund and leave the premises. We tried to ask if we can talk to the manager in charge and we were told he had nothing to do with the decision that was made by the Security and he could not object to it because the guy was said to be the head of the PPA security. It’s definitely a power game from the management, a big shame on you!!. I have never been so humiliated in my life, I really looked forward to my first ever Black Coffee gig. There was a lot of preparation beforehand for me to make it to Shimmy. l deserve an explanation: Why was l kicked out?? As for Black coffee are you aware that these things happen to your fans? I am sure we are probably not the first and last victims.
