Horrible customer service

I have ordered a product from Shimmeryglo. I did not use the product as it was not what I thought was advertised. I contacted them in order to return the product and get a refund. They responded to my email to ask whether I used the product. I rep**** to say that I did not and have not received a reply to any of my emails since.
