Lack of commitment and customer service

<p>My fiancé and i lay bought an EVOLYM ring at the pavillion branch in KZN in March 2016 to the value of R30500 . EVOLYM is a unique ring with its own meaing and design and we were told nothing about the ring because the staff was happy to just make a sale and he was told that he was going to recieve an email on the monday with banking details to complete payment over 2 months april and may . we returned to johannesburg and did not recieve any emails or communication from Shimansky so i researched contact details online only to find out the details of the piece he had lay bought . we then decided to go into the store as first time buyers in april at nelson mandela square to see if the staff in that store will tell us more about the ring and to our suprise we were still not told much. the lady at the store then looked disappointed that we were there to enquire about a current sale rather than a new sale and just took my details and said she will mail me the banking details . by the middle of june i had still not recieved the banking details so i called the capetown branch . i was told that the pavillion branch has closed and that the ring is now in capetown and was promised the banking details . i made my second payment on the 12th of may and and 3rd payment on the 16th of June . i was then told that the ring will be at the johannesburg branch for pick up on the 25th of June . i called the Johannesburg branch on the 28th of June and was told that the ring was not sent yet and not ready to pick up . i then emailed the complaints department and the lady enqiured and gave feedback that the ring was at the Johannesburg branch and that there was a misunderstanding . How does such a brand like Shimansky have such bad sale and after sale services . after researching the brand and being a premium jewelry manufacturer store we were given such a run around and our life plans delayed because of the lack of commitment of staff. utterly disgusted!!!</p>
