Shimano SLX gear failure

2nd failure of Shimano SLX7100 12-spd 10-tooth gear in 5 months on Giant e-bike. Shimano distributor (Coolheat) refuses warranty. No excuse. I will not recommend Shimano SLX groupset for anybody.
