Complaint: Shimano SLX front brake lever leak

<p>I handed in my rear SLX brakes at HOTSPOT CYCLES in February this year due to an oil leak at the lever. The unit was relapced under warranty by SHIMANO SA Agents.</p> <p>In April 2016, I then handed in the front SLX brakes at HOTSPOT CYCLES who had the same problem but I was told that the top ***** were stripped and it was damaged by me after it was returned from the SHIMANO SA Agents. I never tampered with the *****. The leak is inside at the lever entrance and need to be fixed or replaced, as it is constantly wet with brake fluid. This an identical problem on both brake levers, thus I want it to be rectified by SHIMANO SA without accusing me of damaging the parts. </p>
