Bought a chihuahua puppy online from the above company. I paid R4500 for this puppy to be delivered to Port Edward. Two days later the courier company wanted to charged me an addition al R50,000 for the delivery of the puppy upon which I cancelled the entire transaction. Smith from Shiloh Breeders promised me that he will refund me the money. A week later I have received nothing and is unable to get hold of him at all.
