Be weary about renting units/bachelors from this organization. The care-taker there threatens to evict tenants when they complain about utilities not being functional.

I got evicted because I asked for keys to the laundry. Upon moving out I started getting excuses regarding getting my deposit back.

I know of several tenants who are still living there and aren't happy with the conditions that the rooms are in.

Rooms have leakages, and when it rains water floods in. You will only get to find out about mal-functional utilities once you've already moved in and made payments.

Should you decide to move out due to non-functional utilities, you will be force to forfeit your deposit.

I'm currently working on getting legal assistance regarding getting my deposit refunded
