Unhappy customer ...please refund

Booked to the lodge with R4200 as l saw their website everything was eye catching got to the place the condition is totally different the place was dirty the pool was murky and smelly ,couldn't sleep there asked for refund as I was not happy the Owner Sue and her daughter Ann refused said they don't refund .not a happy customer at all.

The place Is a ****. Wouldn't advise anyone to use them
