Shifted my mindset about service for sure!

I've recently experienced some strange behavior with my Volvo and out of 20-30 people I've discussed the issue with, Pierre was the only person able to almost immediately diagnose what the issue is - telephonically.

Coming from a car-guy, I can confirm that he is extremely knowledgeable, especially with Volvo vehicles, and even has fantastic customer relations s****s and telephone manner.

The advice he gave me, pointed me in the right direction to resolve the issue and he didn't even make a buck out of me. Really goes to prove that there are some repair centres out there that won't rip you off and just try and replace as much parts as possible.
