Slow service

<p>I went on the 7/7/2017 Friday to get a quote for our company vehicle. I was told by the assessor that the quote wil be emailed to me late Monday afternoon but i never received it. I phoned on Tuesday morning again and was told rudley by the assessor (I think his name is Elliot) that i will get the quotation by the end of the day..Again i didn't get the quote. Wednesday i phoned again and asked to speak to the assesor but he wasn't available and i was told that he will phone me back,i even left my name and telephone number, but he never did. Today is the 14/7/2017 exactly a week later and still i didn't get any quotation. Horrific service from the assesor. I will absolutely NOT recommend them! If they can't even send a quotation to a customer within a week how long is it going to take the to fix the vehicle?</p>
