tumble dryer

Good day Hello Peter, shield home group in Durban was the developer of out units called Sea breeze Gardens in sea view in their adverti*****t the promised us that we will received tumbler dryers (because the is no lining in the complex) and heat pumps because there no ventilators. i move in 2014 April. my problem that the developer was keep on promising us that they will deliver the tumbler dryers and heat pumps but up today there is nothing for heat pumps at least some other owners received the tumble dyers that make it unfair we even asked them how did the choose who going to received first but the was no answer. i want the developer to keep their promises to all the owners of the units. its almost two years now there is nothing even our units are leaking ,have wall cracked and tiles are cracking shield home not assisting at all.
