NON PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT

I am a single mom working from home...., did a few plans of houses and developments for her in the past...., very demanding...., lot of changes on the plan....<br> Always had to beg for money in the past..., always got paid in drips and drabs... (should have known better...)<br> And then had to wait for plan approval before the balance were to be paid on the last job... (and she knew I was relocating to CT...)<br> Plan was approved in April...., am still waiting....!!!<br> Eventually sent a Small Claims LOD..., that has just been ignored like all the emails, phone calls etc etc.....<br> Also sent email to the CEO in PE...., same treatment<br> Since I relocated to CT and now have to go to KZN to lodge the claim there, and then go again for the court appearance...., will have to put in a separate claim for travelling expenses...<br> Buildings are not as per spec on plans,,,,, things are omitted (major things....), fire regulations do not comply...., building inspectors get 'gifts'....<br> Soooooo glad I do not own one of their properties...!!!<br> Good luck to who-ever are doing their plans in the future...!!!
