Empty Promises

We supp**** material and transport to Shield Homes in March 2015. We strictly work on COD and the customer are aware of this. We trusted them and delivered the material, because we were promised that payment will be done that same week of delivery... (It is now 3 Months) We had empty promises about our money and now they are just ignoring our calls, emails and messages. We delivered the material immediately when it was ordered through Noel Trollip. They obviously know that we are a small company and that they can treat us with no respect. I just feel that after the service we gave them, this is not the way we should be treated. We can not get hold of any CEO or Manager and when we do call the office everyone is out and NEVER return any of your calls.
