DOES NOT PAY BILLS

My company as a sub contractor did work for Shield Homes on 2 houses in Cotswold Downs. There were payment issues throughout the building of the house. Never answered or returned calls. But when they need something done it must be done urgently, and there are all the excuses under the sun on why they havn't paid you. I was promised payment once the certificate was handed over, and after a lot of begging, I stupidly gave it to them. Belinda told me, \You will get paid within 2 days of giving me the certificate
