disgraceful business ethics (Shield Homes Circus)

As a new Home Owner and Chairperson of an Estate<br> <br> It All started with meetings and meetings to get us my Wife and I into having Shield Homes Build our house and what they can do for us.<br> <br> We decided to go fourth and very soon had issues e.g. The contract stated that all electrical and water applications will be part of the contract quote. The Contract stated Sheild Homes will supply all building materials and Labour. <br> This was not the case and we were advised by Sheild Homes that we would have to pay the connection fees for Electricity and water.<br> <br> Small PC sums were allocated in the contract for tiles. We decided to select better tiles and pay the difference from the PC sum which seemed logical to us and fitted our budget.<br> <br> Once the new tiles were installed we received a VO for extra Labour for installing our chosen tiles!! Almost to the cost of the tiles purchased.<br> <br> Anyway we have been residing in our \New House"Plumbing issues and all for a few months with no signs of Shield homes completing the snag list. To top it off a Container and Building rubble still has not been removed from site and from the Estate...<br> <br> Yours Truly"""
