<div>i app**** for a loan that requested an upfront payment which i paid and the money would be in my account. After this no communication from them only a email stating to pay another amount to secure the loan,when i tried to inquire about this there was no feedback. I also asked regarding a refund on the money already paid there was still no response from them. I feel they should inform / explain to the clients about their terms and conditions upfront so they can decide if they want the loan or not.Communication is very important</div>
