Dissatisfaction
Very bad as i experienced theft of my car keys and i have been waiting 3 weeks for them to resolve this issue and now they are not responsive nor taking this issue serious , i have opened a case for theft and awaiting my day in court with them, im not safe using that car hence its parked for 3 weeks at the air BNB in Midrand out of fear with not knowing if i park it somewhere the mission to allegedly ***** the car will be completed

Damage to vehicle and not wanting to pay for repairs.
On the 5 January 2026 I took my mother's car for a wash,but to my surprise before getting into the car I was asked if anything was broken to which I rep**** no. The worker then showed me that the cars armrests clip was broken and asked my if it was broken before. I then spoke to the supervisor that told me that he wil talk to his manager. The following two hours later I returned to speak to the manager and was told that a investigation was going to take place first. Today 13 January 2026 I returned to get told that they accept the responsibility for the broken clip ,but can't be expected to replace the armrest. Hyundai does not sell the clip separately and quoted my R7500.00 to replace the part. I am not happy with how they think its the customers who has to pay the rest, because they only broke a part of it. Unacceptable. Would not recommend this place. On the 23 January 2026, I escalated this with Shield Express directly, because this is no way to handle this. Just to find out the manager I spoke to Tiago or something in that line, is in fact one of the owners. Telling me straight to my face in the first altercation that he will have to talk to the owners first.Lying to me about that is unacceptable. This is not the way a person runs a business. Yes I lost my temper when he told me that they won't pay for the entire repair cost,but who wouldn't. I advise anyone who washes their car here to tread carefully and to check for damage before and after you wash your car.
