Don't trust them, stay with your car at all time if you decide to ever go there.

I took my car for a wash and vacuum. Left it with them for a short while while I went to the shops and by the time I got back the car was washed and they moved it to the vacuum area, I was sitting on the benches provided, when they were almost done I walked towards my car and immediately noticed my license disk was missing. When I asked them they started searching for what felt like hours, but nothing, This license just disappeared without a trace, even the holder was gone. The manger on the day instructed me to come back the next day. I came home and looked at my home surveillance footage to verify the disk was on when I left and you can clearly see it. I contacted the owner the next day (Jaco Meyer) who said they wont take it and they cannot do anything with the license. He also said they have a disclaimer that protects them so there is nothing he can do, he did however say they will look at their camera footage. After a while he called me back and said he cannot see anything as the angles does not favor his cameras as the windshield has a glare he cannot see. They apparently also asked all the employees but no one knows nothing. So just a note of caution, please don't leave your car alone if you decide to go there, stay with it and make sure you check all the time, For me, I now have to open a case at the Police and then go and get a reprint, which will cost me many hours of time.
